We are a registered investment adviser with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and are required to comply with SEC Regulation S-P (“Reg. In addition to the Investor Privacy Policy, "Privacy Notice” incudes a description of the types of nonpublic personal information we collect, a description of the manner in which we collect such information, an explanation of the conditions under which we may disclose nonpublic personal information to third parties, and the policies and procedures for the protection and security of confidential information. The Privacy Notice is provided to new individual customers and on an annual basis thereafter.
